Holiday Activities
Are you looking for a fun alternative to your usual school holiday activities? ESSA offers a variety of opportunities during the holidays from courses, specific activity days, and camps that combine a selection of taster sessions that vary each day.
Our camps run from 10am until 4pm. All the activities are run by our qualified and enthusiastic team who are DBS checked. No previous experience or expensive equipment is required. Use of buoyancy aids, helmets and, where necessary, wetsuits, is included in the price. Each session is supported by our comprehensive and qualified safety support crew. Full details of the activities that are included in each day can be seen in the list below.
Our casual sailing days allow sailors who have achieved their RYA Stage 2 or RYA Level 1 to use our equipment and sail independently under the watchful eye of our safety support crew. Sailors can gain confidence in their ability, and the necessary practice and experience, to progress to the next level.
We also offer a variety of RYA sailing and windsurfing courses plus the British Canoeing Paddlesports courses. For more information on any course syllabus, please refer to the individual activity page where you can find details of requirements and progression.
