Taster Sessions

General information

SUP, also known as stand up paddleboarding, is one of the fastest growing watersports. It involves standing up on a board and using a paddle to make your way through the water. It is an excellent way to strengthen your core and improve balance.

It is incredibly popular as it is great fun, easy to learn and suitable for most ages and fitness levels.

What will you learn?

Taster Session content

All our sessions start with a safety brief and include shore and boat safety support.

Stay close to the shore for fun and games or paddle around the lake.

Taster and regular Tuesday evening sessions.
